Greatly enjoyed pretty much everything, no complains at all. The location was particularly good approximately a 5-minute walk from Derby Gaol. In fact, the property was adjacent to city centre. This apartment met standards; would happily return.

While the apartment had many positives, there were a few minor drawbacks. The cleanliness could have been improved, with stains on the kitchen chairs and sofa, as well as dirty sockets and smeary glass on the windows.
